OUR CORE VALUES
Our ministry is guided by a set of CORE VALUES that we hold to as a Christ-centered organization.
In defining our “core” values, we are answering the question, “What key qualities, behaviors and standards most define what we stand for, what we seek to uphold and what we will not compromise on?”
1. We have defined and divided our core values into two critical areas:
A. Core Values for “WHO WE ARE”

- A Kingdom Mindset
- A Servant’s Heart
- A Transforming Life
B. Core Values for “WHAT WE DO”
- Innovation
- Relevance
- Excellence
- Trustworthiness
2. We seek for these to be “actual” values for us (not just “preferred” values), which means that every member of our staff is striving daily to “live out” these values as we engage in our individual and collective areas of responsibility.
3. We view each of these core values as being a non-negotiable part of who we are as a ministry and how we will choose to conduct ourselves.
