OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
In defining our GUIDING PRINCIPLES, we are answering the question “What guidelines will we follow in the direction that we take, and the decisions that we make, as a Christ-following ministry.” We will seek to insure that every decision, activity, policy, practice and affiliation that we involve ourselves in will:
- Be fully consistent with, and uphold, biblical truth and biblical principles of conduct,
- Be fully supportive of, and help facilitate the attainment of, our vision and our purpose,
- Be fully consistent with our stated core values, our ministry scope and our by-laws,
- Be fiscally responsible,
- Take into consideration our existing ministry context, available resources and limitations.
