- With over 120 years of New England ministry experience, we continue to be passionately devoted to providing high quality, biblically-guided, practically relevant, and affordably-priced disciple-making processes and services for pastors, church leaders and churches across New England.
- We are committed to doing everything that we can to end each new fiscal year in the “black” financially, as we keep diligent watch over the on-going financial health of our ministry.
- In fulfilling our commitment to helping the Church have a significant Kingdom impact in our Region, we continue to staff our ministry with highly-trained, well-skilled, and biblically-functioning practitioners who are New England-based, New England-experienced, and New England-tested.

As Stewards of Your Financial "Gifts"
- Our Pledge – We will do everything that we can to insure that we are faithful stewards of every single dollar that we receive from you. To maximize the “use-towards-ministry” effectiveness of every dollar, we prayerfully and diligently continue to look for creative ways to take costs out of our system, and to improve and streamline our ministry processes.

Over the past 10 years, more than $.70 out of every $1.00 that we receive has been used towards funding programs, services and field-based ministries that are provided directly to pastors, ministry leaders and churches.
- On average, approx. $.10 per dollar goes to fundraising services, $.20 per dollar goes to management/general expenses.
- We continue to aggressively look for opportunities to increase this ratio to a level of over $.80 (towards programs/field-based ministries) for every $1.00 we receive.

Recent Cost-Cutting Initiatives
- In the past 4 years, we have cut our expenses by over 44%, we have dramatically streamlined our organizational structure, and we have made a significant shift to providing more “field-based” ministries.
- In the past 3 years, we have decreased our costs for the Vision ONE process by over 45%, which allows us to offer this transformational ministry to pastors and churches at a much reduced cost.
- We have attained these savings through an on-going process of identifying and implementing operating efficiencies, streamlining the way that we deliver our services, expanding the use of existing technologies, utilizing the services of 3rd-party providers/experts, and eliminating unnecessary redundancies.
- All of these things we have done without compromising any of our core values, nor our commitment to excellence in the quality and delivery of the processes and services that we provide.
