- Our People – To insure that the Vision New England representative who works with you understands the unique realities of doing ministry in New England, each of our instructors, mentors and advisors are New England-based, New England-experienced, and New England-tested.
- Our Processes/Services – Each of the processes and services that we provide have been fully tested in, and are currently being implemented in, local church settings across New England.
- We Care About You – To maximize the practical relevance and personal-touch of our pastors’ teaching experiences, we utilize small group, “peer” learning environments, as well as one-on-one mentoring/coaching relationships. Our emphasis on Spiritual Formation, is geared directly towards the care of the soul, as we seek to encourage, nourish and strengthen you personally as a leader.
- We Come To You – To make it easier for you as ministry leaders to fully participate, our church leadership team training and our strategic planning is done “on-site” at your location, at a pace that is doable within the constraints of your busy schedules.
- We Are Incredibly Affordable– In recognition of the financial difficulties and limitations that you may be currently facing, we have intentionally structured our approach to be incredibly affordable, with flexible payment options that work within just about any church budget. As far as we are able, we do not want a church’s limited finances to keep any pastor, any leadership team or any church from experiencing the benefits of any Vision New England ministry.
