VISION NEW ENGLAND

VISION ONE PROCESS - IMPLEMENTATION

Vision ONE is a transformational ministry process designed to help local congregations create a culture where personal disciple-making becomes a normative part of the body life of the church.  After the pastor has participated in his/her training at the Vision ONE Pastors' Institute, and after the church's leadership team has participated in the Vision ONE Leadership Team training sessions, the church is now ready to move into the third segment of the Vision ONE Process.  This segment is divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1 - ASSESSMENT

The first phase of this segment involves an assessment of the church's spiritual health and vitality.  With the help of the Natural Church Development (NCD) assessment tool, and a series of "on-site" focus group interviews (done by the Vision New England consultant-coach), the church's leadership will be provided with an indepth assessment of the current condition of the church's health across a handful of critical ministry areas.

Phase 2 - MINISTRY PLAN DEVELOPMENT

The second phase of this segment of the Vision ONE Process involves a team from the church participating in a series of faciliated plannings sessions, for the express purpose of developing for, and recommending to, the church a "Strategic Ministry Plan" for the successful implementation of the Vision ONE Process.  The church's planning team is chartered with creating, developing and recommending to the church, intentional pathways for disciple-making and disciple-becoming.  These pathways are integral components of the church’s overall strategy of helping the individuals within the church, and the individuals who are influenced/impacted by the church, to become fully-devoted, fully-engaged Christ followers who love God, love others and make disciples.

Phase 3 - MINISTRY PLAN IMPLEMENTATION

The third, and final phase of this segment of the Vision ONE Process is the successful implementation of the Ministry Plan that was developed by the church's Vision ONE Planning Team.  The Vision New England consultant/coach will continue partnering with the pastor and the team, as needed over the next 2 years, to help the church successfully implement the critical elements of the Ministry Plan.
