VISION ONE LEADERSHIP TEAM TRAINING
Vision ONE is a transformational ministry process designed to help local congregations create a culture where personal disciple-making becomes a normative part of the body life of the church. The Vision ONE Leadership Team training is the second segment of the Vision ONE Process. It has been specifically developed for church leadership teams (elders, deacons, ministry/team leaders, etc...). This training consists of “small-group, learning community” training sessions that take place "on-site" at the leaders' local church facility. The TOPICS that are covered within the Leadership Team training include:
- The “Jesus-model” of disciple-making
- The personal, spiritual formation of a leader
- The role of the church leader, and the church's leadership team, in a disciple-making community
- How to lead biblically-guided, transformative change in a congregation
- Developing pathways of leadership development and disciple-making in the local church
Mentoring
- While a church is going through the Vision ONE Leadership Team training, there is an optional pastoral MENTORING PARTNERSHIP that is available for the pastor, with a trained Vision New England pastoral mentor.
Specifics
- Cost - The cost, which includes faciliated training seminars and materials is incredibly reasonable. We do have flexible payment plans, and needs-based partial scholarships available.
