VISION ONE PASTORS’ PRAXEUM SERIES
PRAXEUM I - Vision ONE is a transformational ministry process designed to help local congregations create a culture where personal disciple-making and evangelism become a normative part of the body life of the church. The first segment of the Vision ONE process is the Pastor Development track, which involves the local church pastor participating in 9 one-day seminars in the Vision ONE Pastors’ Praxeum I.
Seminars - The Vision ONE Pastors’ Praxeum I consists of nine half-day “learning community” seminars that take place over a nine-month period. The TOPICS that are covered within Praxeum I include:
- The Implications of a New Testament Ecclesiology
- The Rabbinical Way of Jesus
- Spiritual Formation and Direction
- Core Concepts of New Testament Leadership
- Cultivating Disciple-Making Leaders
- Cultivating Self-Awareness through God-Awareness
- Understanding Your Grace Empowerment
- Developing Life-Patterns for Self, Family and Church
- Developing Your Philosophy of Ministry
Specifics
- Time - Each session runs from 9:30am-noon (optional lunch following each session)
- Attire - Casual
- Cost - The cost ($300), which includes nine half-day seminars, meals, and materials, is incredibly reasonable. We do have flexible payment plans, and needs-based partial scholarships available, if necessary.

PRAXEUM II - The 2nd phase of the Vision ONE Pastors' Development Track is Praxeum II. This peer-to-peer learning experience creates an environment where pastors can focus on their own spiritual development, learning to walk more closely with Jesus, discovering their true identity in Christ as sons and daughters of God, how to open their hearts afresh to the transforming work of the Holy Spirit and coming to understand how to make their ultimate contribution to the Kingdom work.

- Foundation, Framework, & Fruitfulness
- Cultivating Communion with the Father
- Discovering Definition in Christ
- Cultivating Your Heart
- Beyond Fear: Defusing Your Triggers
- Discerning & Clearing Blockages
- Discovering Your Grace Empowerment
- Alignment with God's Intention
- Making Your Ultimate Kingdom Contribution
